If your Pit Vipers don't make you feel like the ultimate legend, we offer a 30-day window to return or exchange your gear for something that hits harder. Items must be in original condition and ready for another round of high-speed action.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate the Mission

  Head over to our online portal and enter your order number and zip code to start your return or exchange request.

• 2.
  Pack the Goods

  Toss your shades and original packaging into a secure box to ensure they don't get thrashed during transit.

• 3.
  Slap on the Label

  Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, tape it to the outside of the box, and drop it off at the nearest carrier location.

• 4.
  Get Paid or Re-Geared

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship out your fresh pair of Vipers immediately.
